Terms of Service
By purchasing a ticket to the Aphelion event, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Line-Up & Artist Changes
The event organizers reserve the right to modify, replace, or cancel any artist on the lineup without prior notice.
Artist cancellations or changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or credit.
The event will continue as scheduled regardless of lineup modifications.
2. Event Postponement, Relocation & Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel, or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical issues, logistical challenges, government restrictions, public health advisories, or force majeure.
In the event of postponement or relocation, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date or venue.
If the event is fully cancelled with no rescheduled date, a refund process will be made available according to the organizer's refund policy.
3. Entry, Conduct & Safety
Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket and valid government-issued photo ID.
Minimum age for entry is 18 years old.
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual for disorderly, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior, or for failure to comply with event or venue rules.
No refund will be given in such cases.
4. Personal Risk & Responsibility
Attendees enter the event grounds at their own risk.
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained during the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
It is strongly advised not to bring valuables to the event.
5. Insurance Disclaimer
The event is covered by general liability insurance as required by local law; however, this does not cover personal accidents or loss.
Attendees are responsible for any personal insurance they may require.
6. Weather Conditions
The event will take place rain or shine.
No refunds will be given in the case of bad weather unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.
7. Media Consent
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed by official event media personnel.
These materials may be used for promotional and commercial purposes by the organizers and affiliated partners.
Unauthorized professional filming or photography is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
8. Ticket Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated by the organizers.
Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized in writing by the organizers.
Resale above face value or use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, labor disputes, pandemics, or government orders.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the ticket purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
